Agricultural Crop PlantingProceeds will go towards planting and growing various food crops for amputees and their family to eat and sell thus promoting self reliance. |
Amputee Sports ProgramProceeds will go towards supporting special sports programs for amputees like soccer, swimming, handball etc. It will also provide uniforms, crutches, sneakers, socks etc. |
Artificial LimbsProceeds will go towards providing prosthetic limbs for amputee victims to gain self reliance. |
Better Living ConditionsProceeds will go to provide better sanitary and housing facilities for amputee victims and their family. |
Children’s EducationProceeds will go to fund the education of the children of amputee victims as they are the future of their country. |
MedicalProceeds will go towards healthcare programs for sick amputees and their families as many die of sickness that medical attention could have prevented. |
Micro FinanceProceeds will go towards giving loans to amputee victims for trade. i.e. selling soap, palm oil, bread and other consumer goods. |
Vocational Job TrainingProceeds will go towards job training for amputees for self reliance. Examples: tailoring, carpentry, fishing, using agricultural machinery, computers, technology, communications etc. |
Wells For Clean WaterProceeds will go towards building wells that will provide amputees and their families with clean sanitary water for drinking, bathing and cooking, which they currently lack. |
General DonationsHands For Africa board members will apply funds to the most needed areas at the time of the donation. |
